Foods which help your skin, hair, and nails glow

Fruits and vegetables are not just good for your inner health but are best for your outer beauty as well. They are best for glowing skin. It’s always healthy to consume an adequate quantity of fruits and vegetables. There are several health benefits like it would reduce the risk of some kinds of cancer, diabetes, would improve digestion, cardiovascular diseases and more. You should make sure to follow according to the daily dietary guidelines. It would help you to maintain your health, have beautiful skin, nails as well as hair. The same nutrients help maintain strong bones and healthy hearts. 

Skin: When you partake foods that are rich in vitamin C it would help you to reduce dryness in your skin and will also reduce the development of wrinkles and fine lines. Foods like strawberries, citrus fruits, brussels sprouts, peppers are high in vitamin C content. Vitamin E helps you to reduce puffiness around your eye area and would help in the healing of wounds. It has the best anti-inflammatory properties which are good for your skin. Vitamin E is mostly found in spinach, almond, avocados, etc. 

Hair: You need B vitamins like Biotin for your skin, hair as well as nails. When there is a deficiency of biotin it would make your hair brittle, hair loss develops rashes over the skin, etc. Sweet potatoes, eggs, mushrooms and more are rich in Vitamin B. Taking foods that are rich in Vitamin b-5 like fishes and milk products and legumes, etc. would be a healthy diet plan to maintain your overall health. Due to the lack of various vitamins and nutrients, most of them would develop hair loss and might not know the exact reason for it and ways to stop. 

When experiments were done on mice which have vitamin B5 deficiency they found that it developed premature greying of fur and skin irritation. External addition of vitamins through shampoos also didn’t work.  

Nails: The foods which are good for hair are also good for making your nails strong. When Zinc is deficient it would be associated with decreased hair and nail growth. Beans are a rich source of proteins which are an important structure of hair, nails as well as skin. Intake of different types of lean protein would be the best choice like beans, seeds, lentils and more. Through proper nutrition, your nails would become strong and beautiful as never before.  Hydrating your body is very essential to stay beautiful and maintain your hair, skin, and nails in the best way. You can make healthy and delicious refreshing treats with cucumber, orange, etc. It should contain lots of vegetables, healthy and colorful fruits that would turn out to be an amazing drink. It would give you a great boost and energy and makes you feel refreshed. Based on your interest and taste you can add mix and match various fruits and vegetables and make a healthy fresh juice drink.
